My son has spent the last year stepping wholeheartedly in the role of leader within the daycare. Betty provides daily opportunities for each child in the pre-school range to lead others in programmed activities like singing at circle time, reading at story time, and free-play activities like making up games and teaching the other children how to play. He enjoys the responsibility of leading the group and is showing great emotional development and confidence in himself. The values that Betty brings to the children in her daycare transcend any particular faith and align closely with ours; we agree on the importance of instilling a moral conscience in children, being truthful, respecting elders, respecting others, and most importantly respecting yourself, caring for your neighbourhood. As such we have no difficulty partnering to instill these values and are consistent in our messaging. We never hesitate to recommend Bettyâ€™s and remain completely confident in our decision to partner in raising our sons.
